8. No unlawful or prohibited use

9. Other general terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of England. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website. Use of the website outside the UK is unauthorised.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and the Trust as a result of this agreement or use of the website. Each and every provision of this agreement is separate and severable.
